1.would you tell me the course that why you joind DF?

Well, I joined DF as a session player during the time when the first album, VotD, was being recorded. Diccon had decided to leave the band and said he would play on the album but didn't want to play any more shows. I was actually playing shows with DF way before the first album was released. I was playing in other bands at the time so it wasn't until about a year later that the opportunity to play with DF as a full-time member arose.

2.when did you use 6 strings bass first and why?

I started playing 6-string bass about 8 years ago. I was playing a lot of progressive rock and I found that having the extra strings extended my ability to double fast guitar runs. Also I developed a fascinating technique of emulating clean guitar parts with the top strings of the bass which is useful in bands with one guitarist. I found moving to a 6 string bass very natural.

3.What things do you mind at the show?

Playing live has always been the best part on being in a band for me. When you see the fans excited it makes all the hard work and being away from home worthwhile.

4.At the show, so why are you always smiling looks very happy anyway!?

Haha, people always pick up on the way I always look happy on stage. When you get to play bass for a band where you really believe in the music and have fans that believe in you as well, then you are a very, very lucky person. I guess that is why I always look happy :)

5.who is the most favourite bass player?

Mmm, that's a tricky one. Steve Harris has always constructed awesome bass lines and has been a big influence on me. So have Joey DeMaio and John Myung though. Those 3 are probably my favourite bass players.
