1. I heard you have been in the studio for your new album with Karl in these days.
   So what are you doing now?

Rumours spreads quickly! We haven’t announced anything yet, but yeah we are writing new songs at the moment. It’s sounding very good and we are excited about taking the style even further than we did with Sonic Firestorm.

2.How the new one will be?

Even better than Sonic Firestorm. It will surely have even more DragonForce signature touch on it.

Does it mean, it will be FASTER than the Sonic CD and more catchy!?

As fast, maybe faster, who knows? :)
Catchy of course.. even more catchy but also the songs are a bit more complex.. guitars even more crazy .. and the keyboards will be special :)

3.When it will be finish and released? (if you can say.)

I can’t say! :)

4.DF songs include many musical notes, I guess making the sound on the stage is pretty hard so what kind of things do you mind?

We always do our best for everything, exciting energetic.. I mean REALLY energetic performance along with playing which won’t be boring like just listening to a backing track CD with some live instrument on top. Everything on stage is live! All the backing vocals, leads vocals..everything. Too many bands these days play along to backing tracks trying to sound like their CD. Live sound is a total different thing; this is why we get such a high reputation for our live shows at the moment. These days a lot of band wants to sound like their CD live, we like to sound like a live band. Everything is real.

5. Why do you move very well on the stage!?
   I had never seen such a band until I saw DF!!  Anyway that is one of your attractions in my opinion.   

We love playing and we love to perform. It is another signature thing with DragonForce you just don’t get from other bands of this type of music. There is no standing around.. everyone is full on. People come to the concert to ‘see’ the band, and that’s exactly what we give.

6. One year past since your 1st Japan tour though what was the most impressed thing?

I really enjoyed that tour, one thing which maybe I am disappointed right now is we don’t get to play there for the Sonic Firestorm album due to the heavy schedule here in Europe, we were unable to find the right time. Especially, we are now 10 times better live than when we were supporting Helloween. The band have just been growing and growing in all areas!

7.If you have any funny topics about the tour you can tell, please tell me hehehe!

Oh those aren’t for interviews like this, you have to hear it from our own mouth after a few beer! hehe

8. So some shows with Maiden and Wacken upcoming! yeah!!
   Those stages are very big, the biggest ones in the history of DF... so tell me your ambitions.

Some those stages are going to be as it gets I believe. There are a few which are stadium shows! This will be perfect for us, as many people say, on the big stage, DragonForce are even better. We will fill the stage 10 times around, running, jumping, maybe even flying hehe. Anyone who had the chance to see our bigger headline shows on our Sonic Firestorm tour would know :)

9. By the way, I saw the spece to enter the country name on the page to join the DF street team.   Can people who doesn't live in UK join the team?  
   When DF play there,  the people are able to recieve the flyers like UK?

The Street Team is for people around the world. People from different countries will get different stuff. It is not only for the UK, although the UK street team has been the busiest one.

10. Lastly, say something for your japanese fans please?

We can’t wait to get back to Japan, we are working on it, so don’t you worry. We will be back with our unique live shows very soon!
